Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 5-7 working days for your orders to be processed. We are a small team and appreciate your patience!

International customers may choose between UPS or the Hellenic Post. Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination. Where possible, a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

For orders outside the EU, The NoMad Edit is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If your order is subject to import duties and taxes, these are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. Some orders may experience customs delays which we have no control over.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thenomadedit.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Return &
Exchange Policy
Purchases of vintage goods, pantry items and sale merchandise are considered FINAL SALE. Qualifying items may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt only for store credit. All returns must be in their original condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice included with the original shipment. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Due to import tax on items returned back to Greece, we are only able to offer store credit from countries outside the EU with a minimum value of 100 euros. Store credit will be valid for 3 months.
