Off the coast of the mainland, Euboea or Evia is the second largest island in Greece and yet still fairly unknown. Sofia took a 10-day road trip through this unspoiled island, visiting hidden gems known only to locals. From the turquoise waters of Xiliadou Beach to the wildlife refuge in Tsirloneri - Ortari; she dined at traditional Greek tavernas at Ag. Apostolis where she swears by the delicious peynirli and explored the hidden beaches of Heromilos.
